STRUCTURE
PBOB is a non-for-profit initiative. It was registered as an Australian Charity in February 2022 and endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) in 2024, which allows tax-deductible donations.
GOVERNANCE
P.B.O.B. is governed by a six-member board that meets once per term and monthly in the lead-up to events. While the CEO and COO serve as directors, they report directly to the board

At Parents Battle of the Bands, we honour the Traditional Custodians of the lands where music and stories have been shared for generations. We pay our respects to Elders past and present — and we celebrate the spirit of music as a timeless way to educate, connect, inspire, and bring community together.
